Is my résumé uploaded anywhere?

No. Your résumé and any job text you paste are read in your browser, on your own device, and never sent to AspireWala’s servers. If you paste a job link instead, our server fetches that page once to read the job details and doesn’t keep it.

Yes. Without an account you can run 2 checks a day. With a free account there is no limit, and Fit Check can use the skills already on your profile.

Is the score an AI assessment?

No. It compares the skills we recognise in the job with the skills on your résumé or profile, plus your years of experience and desired role when we have them. Skills count for most of the score. Anything we can’t measure is left out rather than scored as zero.

Which job links can I paste?

Links from Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby and Workable, and many company careers pages. For LinkedIn, Naukri or Indeed, copy the job description and paste the text instead.

Does a clean result mean the job is real?

No. Fit Check looks for warning signs common in job scams in India, such as a fee to apply or applying only on WhatsApp. A clean result doesn’t prove a listing is genuine. Never pay to apply for a job.

Fit Check: does your résumé match this job?

Paste a job description or a job link, then add your résumé. Fit Check lists the skills the job asks for, marks the ones your résumé shows and the ones missing, scores your skills, experience and role, and flags common scam signs. Your résumé is read in your browser and never uploaded. Free, 2 checks a day without an account.
