Terms of Service

1. About the Platform

AspireWala is a job platform for job seekers in India. It shows three kinds of listings:

• jobs posted directly by companies we have approved;
• jobs added by the AspireWala team;
• jobs marked "Careers page", taken from employers' public careers pages (see section 4).

Searching for jobs is free. AspireWala never charges job seekers to apply for a job or to be considered for one.

The Platform also offers career tools (for example ATS scoring, résumé generation, LinkedIn optimisation, cover letters and interview preparation). Some of these generate results using AI models from our AI provider, Anthropic. Some services, such as résumé reviews and interview preparation, are booked through Topmate, a third-party platform, and are currently free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your Profile page, or by emailing connect@stratigconsulting.in.

4. Listings from Employers' Careers Pages

Listings marked "Careers page" are taken from employers' publicly available careers pages and shown for your convenience.

• The employer has not necessarily posted on or partnered with AspireWala. Showing a listing, or an employer's name, does not mean the employer endorses or is affiliated with AspireWala.
• We do not verify these listings. You apply on the employer's own website, under the employer's terms and privacy policy.
• Listings are refreshed daily, so a role may have closed since the last update.
• Company names and trademarks belong to their owners.
• An employer that does not want its listings shown can ask us to remove them by emailing connect@stratigconsulting.in. We will remove them promptly.

5. Employers

If you register as an employer:

• We may approve, reject or suspend your account at our discretion.
• Your listings must be for genuine, currently open, lawful roles, with accurate details.
• You must never ask candidates for money, at any stage.
• You may use any candidate information you receive only to recruit for the role concerned, and in line with applicable data protection law.
• We may edit or remove listings, or suspend your account, if these Terms are breached.

6. Cost of Tools

The career tools and sessions are currently free. If we introduce paid tools, we will update these Terms and tell you the price before you are charged.

7. Nature of AI-Generated Content

Results produced by the AI tools are generated automatically and provided "as is" as a starting draft. They may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before you rely on it or submit it. We do not guarantee any outcome, including interviews, job offers or passing any ATS.

8. Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information and use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not post fake, misleading or fraudulent listings or profiles.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to submit.
• Do not misuse the AI tools to create misleading, fraudulent or harmful content.

9. Job Scams

If anyone claiming to represent AspireWala, or an employer on the Platform, asks you for money to apply, to be interviewed or to be hired, do not pay. Report it to connect@stratigconsulting.in.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design and its content (excluding your inputs, generated outputs and third-party listings) are owned by Stratig Consulting and protected by law. You keep your rights to the information you submit, and generated output is provided to you for your own use.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third parties, including Anthropic (AI processing), Google (sign-in), Topmate (session bookings) and our hosting and database providers. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, or third-party websites you visit from the Platform, that are outside our control.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and AI tools are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Please also read our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Suspension and Closing Your Account

We may suspend or end access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the Platform before it takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
